Savvy Simian began as a partnership between two very different individuals who discovered a shared belief: success is not a solo pursuit, but the natural outcome of true collaboration. While working together for years in a global manufacturing company, we experimented with this idea- challenging ourselves to collaborate more openly, courageously, and authentically.
Along the way, we realized that professional growth cannot be separated from personal growth. The modern landscape demands more than technical expertise; it calls for self-awareness, adaptability, and the courage to work alongside others in meaningful ways.
One of the concepts that has deeply inspired us is emergence—the way something greater arises when individuals come together. Through our own journey, we’ve found that human collaboration creates the environment where emergence thrives. And the essential ingredient of collaboration is courage.
